Hi! I’m Coach Bev

Hi there, I'm Coach Bev Sigler, and I'm thrilled to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. My mother used to tell me, “You’ve got to stand tall” and that has always stuck with me. After 20+ years of experience in my field, my dedication as a health and fitness expert led me to create The Being Balanced Method in 2018.

Through The Being Balanced Method, I work to help others stand tall and achieve fitness results through proper form and a balanced body. My method of training is strength balance. My mission is to prevent injury by teaching movement, range-of-motion, minimizing postural differences, and eliminating muscle imbalances.

I have a contagious passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals, and I believe in making training innovative and effective. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or a fitness newbie, I'm here to help you take your training to the next level. I aim to create a personalized and supportive environment that helps my clients succeed. I understand that everyone is unique, and I work hard to tailor my coaching and training to meet your individual needs.

Whether you're looking to build muscle, lose weight, or simply get in better shape, I'm here to help you achieve your goals and unlock your full potential. Thank you for considering me as your coach. I believe that fitness is a lifelong journey, and I'm excited for the opportunity to play a part in yours.
