Coach Al is a young adult with a long history of sports/exercise and an ACE Personal Trainer certification. She is passionate about teaching kids how to safely build strength and cardiovascular health, focusing on balance, alignment, and FUNctional movement. 

A Being Balanced Assessment is not mandatory for this small 4-week group, but it is highly recommended so she can design a program best fit for you.

Here is a list of things you can do to remain safe during these times >>

👏 Wash your hands for 20 seconds and use alcohol-based hand sanitizer

🤧 When coughing and sneezing, cover your mouth and nose with a tissue – then throw the tissue in the trash

🐽 Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands

🏠 Stay home if you have cold or flu-like symptoms, such as fever, cough, or shortness of breath

Supplies needed: Athletic shoes & water (bungee resistance band included in cost)
