Learn to build strength and cardiovascular balance through this small 6-week group. The class will focus on balance and alignment, including strength training to holistic health and wellness. A Being Balanced Assessment is not mandatory, but it is highly recommended so Coach Bev can design a program best fitting for you.

Here is a list of things you can do to remain safe during these times >>
👏 Wash your hands for 20 seconds and use alcohol-based hand sanitizer
🤧 When coughing and sneezing, cover your mouth and nose with a tissue – then throw the tissue in the trash
🐽 Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands
