6 week session includes:
• Varried training program/schedule based on your heart rate /endurance and power days.
• Group Cycling in all kinds of weather.

Here is a list of things you can do to remain safe during these times >>
👏 Wash your hands for 20 seconds and use alcohol-based hand sanitizer
🤧 When coughing and sneezing, cover your mouth and nose with a tissue – then throw the tissue in the trash
🐽 Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands
🏠 Stay home if you have cold or flu-like symptoms, such as fever, cough, or shortness of breath
