This class is a holistic health and wellness training method that focuses on overall body strength and well-being. A personal trainer will do a complete joint and postural assessment to design a program tailored to your cardiovascular and nutritional strengths. Upon registration, you will schedule a private appointment with a personal trainer. Enrollment in Being Balanced Basics training classes is not required for these assessments.
